American Saison brewed with a traditional malt bill of pilsner and wheat. It is aggressively hopped with all Loral hops, a category defying hop that displays both old and new world characteristics. It is then fermented with Hornindal Kveik, the newest in an expressive line of Norwegian farmhouse yeast strains. This beer exhibits clean floral, tropical and citrus fruit aromas, followed by farmhouse turbidity, juicy hop flavor and a peppery yeast accent. A quaffable drinking experience to relish the wavering period between winter and spring.
