Occam's Razor V5 - DDH Azacca Pale

Although it has been around the brewing scene for a couple of years now, Azacca is a hop which we hadn't used much until recently. We were so impressed with the results when we added some to our session pale Take It Easy, that we decided to let it take the starring role in this batch of Occam's Razor, our single hop series. Paired with a fruity Kveik yeast strain, this beer showcases the big citrussy and tropical fruit flavours that Azacca is known for, with notes of spicy mango, pineapple and fresh tangerine.
