“Cyser” is our ode to apples and honey. It’s a great combo. This mead begins with fresh pressed Indiana apple cider made from a blend of 10 different apple varieties. Mixed with orange blossom honey then fermented, this mead truly showcases the complexity of flavor that apple has to offer. We really love how this one turned out – tons of depth with a nice, subtle boozy backbone.
