2022 Thorn, Flakey & Friends Pét Nat

Описание

A perry of four corners. The flavour begins with Thorn contributing zippy upfront acidity and structure, followed by the combination of Blakeney Red and Aylton Red creating a mid palate full of sticky pear jam, and complimented by the iconic structure of Flakey Bark and its wonderful tannins. The result is quaffable and delightfully off-dry sparkling perry that is delicious to drink and perfect for any occasion, particularly suited to watching the farm’s favourite sport - cricket. Pour carefully to avoid the natural sediment.
