Recon Series: Belgian Red Ale

In collaboration with Brisbane Brewing Co for their latest "Sniff 'n Sip" event and traditionally brewed with Vienna, Munich and Special-B malts, European hops, Belgian ale yeast and then separated into kegs and oak barrels to showcase the diversity of the style. This pre-oak version allows the fruit and spice yeast-derived aromas take the stage with subtle dried fruit and bread flavours creating a pleasant complexity.
