As dry as the best bubblies, as aromatic as a fresh IPA. Brut IPA has been born in SanFrancisco recently and needs to be extremely dry: brut or better yet, extra brut! After thefermentation we added some amylase enzymes, as they do when brewing sake. Weachieved the Zero Plato level of thickness and then added large quantities of NelsonSauvin hops with a distinct wine aroma. We proudly present: Mister Zero San.
