Dark low fermented organic beer with light body and a creamy foam. It is inspired in Schwarzbier style. As a result of the fermentation temperature it presents a more defined and balance flavor. Its aroma is highlighted with roasted malt, toffee, coffee, and caramel hints. Made with different barley malt and English hops. Suitable to taste in the short autumn evenings.
