Featuring malts from Gateway Malting in Montgomery County, MO, Cascade hops from Royal Hop Farms in Edgerton, MO, local honey courtesy of our good friend Aaron from Waldo Honey. Fermented for 6 months with a mixed culture of wild yeast and further conditioned and naturally carbonated for 3 months before being packaged for your enjoyment !
