Data Driven Amsterdam

Mokum. You Googled it, we brewed it! For this urban collab with Data Science Lab we scraped Amsterdam's public domains to uncover the city's favorite flavors.Turns out Amsterdammers love juicy, silky smooth and slightly sweet NEIPAs.Building on real data, we combined three explosive hop varieties with a hybrid pomona yeast to create a very pale, stone- fruit forward creamy tropical ale.A NEIPA as smooth as Ajax in its prime, mouthy enough to hold its own on Dutch bike paths.
