As a summer treat, we’ve tiki-fied our Belgian-style witbier! Our base witbier is brewed with hundreds of pounds of wheat malt and a witbier yeast for a soft body and classic clove and citrus notes. For Tiki Beeldwit, we’ve refermented the beer on passionfruit puree and added a house-made fassionola - a blend of fruits and spices that takes you to the beach!
