Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo hidegoldalon, Hersbrucker meleg oldalon. Our 1000th brew was inspired by the idea of Áron, our brewer, combining the hop profile of Gentle Bastard with the malt profile of Herr Lager. It’s a special creation—hoppy like a West Coast IPA, pleasantly malty like a Pilsner, yet unique and incredibly refreshing. Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic Cryo on the cold side, and Hersbrucker on the hot side.
