Jasper With YCH 702

When our friends at @yakimachief asked us if we wanted to try something new, we had to do it! YCH 702 is an experimental flowable hop product designed for flavor and aroma. We brewed Jasper and used the YCH 702 Citra in the whirlpool (no pellets) for the batch. The water profile, yeast, fermentation temperature, dry hopping and process all stayed the same. We were excited to try this and are even more excited about the outcome.
