Our take on a cold IPA features flaked maize, pilsner malt fermented slightly warm with a clean lager yeast. We utilized strata in the whirlpool and chinook and strata in the dry hop during fermentation and naturally spunded. Bitter, clean, with a light body and adequate carbonation, this beer is for all of those west coast purists in search of something slightly new.
