Using apple-wood cold smoked salt from SMALT, we've created a strong German-style wheat beer with flavours of salted caramel and banana. Reminiscent of its namesake from German folklore, Rübezahl; a foreboding forest spirit that will smite those who treat him poorly!Brewed for GABS 2017.
