A variation of the hops used in our flagship IPA, both wave goodbye. We've adjusted the Mosaic-to-Ella ratio to highlight a more robust Australian hop profile. A burst of crushed citrus fruits, featuring a pithy texture, with vibrant top notes of pineapple, passionfruit, and bud.
