We come in peace.This Double IPA is brewed with malted barley, wheat and maize from the friendly carbon-based life forms over at Gladfield Malt.Following a vigorous fermentation with the California Lager strain, we beamed up a ridiculous twelve grams per litre of hops, making this Rare Breed the hoppiest ever!APPEAR ANCE:Deep gold with pronounced hop haze.AROMA:Grapefruit and tropical fruit, with a hint of mint and cedar.FLAVOUR:Medium bodied with fruity hop flavour and firm bitterness on the finish.MALTS:A blend of Gladfield malts from New Zealand, including Pilsner, Wheat, Maize and Gladiator.HOPS:Sabro, Azacca, Columbus, Cascade and Fortnight.YEAST:Wyeast 2112 California Lager.
