This is a hybrid beer, half modern pale ale and half traditional Norwegian raw beer. It´s fermented with Norwegian heritage yeast, Kveik, and dryhopped like hell with Mosaic hops. The result is a hop oil bonanza with a rustic farmhouse backdrop.
