Fluid Intention - Cold Pale

A beer that is not quite sure what it wants to be - a grain bill consisting of almost 100% Pilsner malt - fermented with a classic lager yeast strain, but dry hopped in a manner befitting a pale ale - this becomes what the internet refers to as a "Cold IPA", or in this case, a pale ale - but with lager yeast. Just another example of the limitless fun one can have while brewing beer. We taste pilsner malt, dank resinious hops - but somewhat restrained, allowing for a crisp, somewhat sharp but also soft drinking experience.
