Brewed for our mate Geoff at the 189 in Allestree using a combination of Lager malt, Maris Otter and Caramalt to give a hint of toffee.Generously hopped with citrusy bitter and aroma hops from the West Coast of the USA. Bitter, orange, mandarin, floral, this Pale Ale showcases the best the west has to offer.Fermentated with a blend of yeasts that produces delicate citrus, apricot and grapefruit esters. Enjoy!
