We had our friends from Y Not Brewing over to do what they do best, a heavy stout!This is a Dreamcake Imperial Stout. It has been made over 3 mashes and been boiling for 5 hours. We have added Coconut, Caramel & Vanilla and ends up with a dreamy beer at 12 %.
