This medium sweet cider is the result of careful blending of 23 traditional cider apple varieties , grown in the cool climate of Tasmania. It displays fragrent floral notes that overlay cider apple and stone fruit aromas. Deep amber in colour, this cloudy cider is rich and full bodied, with crisp acidity and deceptively drying tannins.
