We have completely redesigned the Forgot About Drei recipe. This beer remains 100% brett fermented but now with a 5 strain brett blend from The Yeast Bay in San Francisco. This blend yields a wonderful assortment of pear, apple and peach character with a very light funk and acidity. Complex but still light and drinkable, we’re very excited about this new recipe.
