Mostly Maryland

This is our first batch brewed with mostly ingredients from Maryland! The barley and wheat came from Dark Cloud Malthouse and the hops from Black Locust. We used our house English strain for this batch, but most of the batch is already in white wine barrels with microbes we captured from around Maryland!
