This American style Pale ale was brewed with (Kolsch) German Ale yeast that is fermented at a relatively cold temperatures compared to most Ale yeasts. This cool fermentation imparts a smooth Lager like quality to the beer while retaining some of the fruity flavors found in most Ales. Hopped with generous portions of Cashmere, Citra and a new experimental hop #09326 produces a beer with classic American Pale Ale hop flavors coupled with a smooth Lager like finish.
