Murky Waters

Murky Waters was brewed to be a highly refreshing session IPA with solid hop intensity in both aroma and flavor, but with less residual sweetness to make it crushable in the summer heat! So, we skipped the lactose, but used a soft malt base, and added some bittering hops for a clean bitter finish. Then we dry hopped it heavily with the pineapple-forward hop Vic Secret, together with Enigma and the new experimental hop HBC431 for some peach notes.We hope you like this chrushable and fresh session IPA!
