Acai naturally has an earthy and almost chocolate like character as well as its berry brightness. So we used acai and to complement, cacao nibs. The result is a classic Flanders Red, with heightened notes of berries, and a rounded sweet back palate from the cacao... A great beer for a rich dessert to help cut through the sweetness.
