Brewed for the West Coast IPA Challenge at The Malthouse in Wellington and the latest installment in our ongoing IPA Series, this release is built for the hopheads.Clocking in at 7.2%, it showcases Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial hops—delivering bold notes of citrus, pine, and a hint of tropical fruit. A clean, lean malt backbone keeps the spotlight on the hops, while a punchy, dry finish and assertive bitterness bring it all home.
