Pairs With Burritos

A local downtown "beer shop" with roll up doors approached us to make a beer for their second anniversary. They wanted to make a burrito beer and throw some "fun" ingredients into the mash. Instead of doing that silly thing we compromised and designed a beer that paired well burritos. Pairs With Burritos is a Hazy IPA that we fermented a bit drier than normal for more drinkability. For the hop profile we used the lemon-lime forward varieties of Amarillo and Motueka. And just to kick it up a notch we added real lime puree into the fermenter towards the end of primary fermentation. This ones a little different that what we have been coming out with recently but grab a burrito, drink this beer, and you'll see why.
