Phoenix IPA

Описание

Alchemy is taking something ordinary and turning it into something extraordinary which is exactly what we try to achieve in every beer we brew at LAB.For our latest release we recreated the first beer I brewed when being introduced to Craft (with some minor tweaks as it was originally 85IBU as was the style at the time to go bigger than Ben-Hur).We decided to therefore name it Phoenix as it arises from the ashes of brews gone past.Brewed with water, Pale, Carapils, Caramalt, Wheat malts, Simcoe, galaxy, Vic Secret Hops & Yeast. We offset our carbon footprint by donating to organisations that are helping to replant trees in Australia.
