Crispi Cream is our new take on a cream ale. We took what we've learned from our other cream ales, and added 50% flaked corn to the mash. This not only makes the beer intensely drinkable, but also provides just the right amount of body. Fermented with our house kölsch strain and lagered for 1 additional week.
