In our continued exploration of the IPA style, processes and ingredients continue to change and evolve. After many many brews and iterations, it has also become apparent that peoples' tastes change as well. Equally as Hip is an easy Double IPA brewed in the spirit of change being a good thing. Brewed with Rye and Flaked Rice then hopped and hopped again with a blend of Calypso, Motueka, Citra and Galaxy, you'll find notes of tangelo, lime zest, cantaloupe and glazed croissant. Really, everything is Equally as Hip!
