Cantillon Racine sur Lie is a 2 year old Lambic blended with Chardonnay, Tokay, and Sauvignon Blanc grape pomace. It was created in collaboration with Radikon, a winery in Oslavia, Italy.For the Racine sur Lie, 5 liters of fine lees were added to a single barrel of the lambic that was maturing as Racine. It was bottled without any additional blending. The label is a colorized version of the label produced by AmmoAmo and while the coloring is reminiscent of the Union Union Saint Gilloise football team, it is actually an homage to another Radikon bottling, the Radikon Risvera, which had a similarly colored label.Bottle date: 14 - Febraury - 2020
