Première Mosaic

Описание

La Sirène Première Mosaic is a juicy, bright wild fermented ale that was made in our house style that includes multiple mixed fermentations coupled with upfront hop aromatics. It showcases lovely fresh mosaic hop character with our trademark wild yeast, tropical and apricot notes enveloped in creamy lactic acid sourness.
