This is a New England style of India Pale Ale brewed with mangoes. It has low bitterness but still uses a huge amount of hops. Varieties were chosen to compliment the mango promoting a tropical juicy sweetness without bitterness. The beer is hazy from proteins & yeast accentuating the full & creamy mouthfeel.
