Catharina sour with Pineapple, Watermelon, Ginger and Lime.Catharina Sour is a brazilian style created in Santa Catarina Region.The base is similar to the Berliner Weiss Style but a bit more alcoolic (4-5.5%).It also assumes the use of local fruits.In this interpretation we decide to use refreshing fruits so we wentfor Pineapple, Watermelon, ginger and lime.Should be served between 4 and 8ºC in Stange, Flute or Pilsner glass.It goes perfectly with grilled fish or meat and pastas.
