Of the World: Sangria Malus

Every once in a while we like to make a Cider that draws inspiration from a more global perspective. Such it is with Of the World: Sangria Malus. Inspired by the classic Spanish beverage, we started with a 7 month aged Cider, and rested it on mounds Red Table Grapes, loads of Lime Zest, and a touch of juiced Oranges. It all comes together in the glass in just the right way, with a touch of fruity sweetness that conjures warm nights sitting at the water side.
