Double Barrel Medianoche: Peach Brandy

This ambitious project started over three years ago with a small lot of Medianoche aged in freshly emptied 7-12 year-old bourbon barrels for 18 months. Following the first round of barrel aging, this specific batch of Medianoche was aged for an additional 18 months in five of the most unique casks we have used - two peach brandy barrels, two vanilla extract bourbon barrels and one Cognac cask. After more than 36 months of aging in four different spirits barrels, the final blend showcases notes of peach jam, sweet vanilla cream, chocolate ganache, dried apricots, roasted almonds and a subtle hint of sweet tobacco.
