This is our second brew with The Arbory.Brewed with Melbourne winter nights by the Yarra in mind, this Nitro Milk Stout uses a blend of barley, rye, oats and milk sugar for a smooth palate of chocolate, candied fruit, mild coffee roast and a touch of spice.Nitrogenated at -3C to accentuate the malt sweetness and creamy mouthfeel.APPEARANCE:Dark brown with ruby highlights. Dense white foam.AROMA:Malt driven with mild roast and spicy notes.FLAVOUR:Medium bodied with milk chocolate and dark fruit flavours.
