Leaning into the lime and mint character that would feature in a Mojito, ‘Jito Pils is NZ hops Motueka and Nelson Sauvin laid upon a typical Euro Pils beer base. Kept classical Pils on the hotside, the double dry hop process ekes into IPA territory in the guise of a West Coast (or in this case North Island!) modern Pils.
