Our first double dry hopped mead, NEIPA-Style!Collab with Tactical Brewing, try our mead and their Hazy IPA side by side! Both our drinks have the same exact abv, sweetness, hops, honey, and water.- Award-winning Little Econ Honey- Dry hopped with "Super Sauvin" Nelson Sauvin hops (notes of Guava, Sweet Citurs, Nectarine).- Then second dry hopping with Maui Nelson SubZero Keif (notes of Pineapple, Passionfruit, and Florals)These hops were "Bliss Process" harvested. Essentially, they physically hit the hops the day before picking, putting them into stress response. This boosts the tropical aromatics and the OG dankness!
