Brewed with patience and diligence in the style of a wild specialty dark beer, Cuvée Mateea is made of the finest ingredients from barley malts, barley and oat flakes, hops, fermented with a blend of lactic bacterias and Brettanomyces yeast strain, flavoured with a raspberry extract and aged for 22 months in oak barrels. A pure harmony with a rich bouquet of raspberries, molasses, toasted oak, dark and stone fruits. Intense taste of smooth tart, toffee, raspberry pie, hay and tannins, sour notes of lactic bacterias and funky tones of Brettanomyces.SERVING: 12 ºC – 14 ºC IN CHALICE, GOBLET OR TULIP GLASSFOOD PAIRING: STEW, CREAMY CHEESE, LAMB CHOPS OR CHOCOLATE SWEETS
