Life is Relentless is an irrefutably true statement, a catch-all response to anything going awry, and the name of our Barrel Aged Imperial Stout w/ Coffee.This iteration was aged in Heaven Hill rye barrels for 13 months and then paired with a single origin, natural process Ethiopian bean from Stereo Coffee: Sheka, which is known for having fruitier characteristics over roasty notes. We only have 450 bottles of it, so you'll need to be quick!This decadent and full-bodied Imperial Stout imparts intense flavours of cocoa and coffee, complemented by a solid backbone of anise and brown sugar. It drinks smooth while incorporating a warming, boozy finish. Think rye-inoculated Coffee Crisp, sprinkled with crème brûlée crust.
