Описание
The true definition of a “Cold IPA” comes from our friends at Oregon’s Wayfinder Brewing. The addition of rice dries the body of the beer significantly, while classic West Coast “C” hops (Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, and Sterling) contribute big notes of pine and citrus. The big difference, however, is the use of colder fermentation temperatures than normal with our historic Guinness ale yeast, leading to a dry, crisp beer with a lingering bitterness.
