The Third Feather

It is a double barrel aged Imperial Stout with adjuncts. It is the original base beer from the previous Omnipollo ‘Feather Pluckin’ collaboration. “The Third Feather” was aged in Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Bourbon barrels for 23 months, before being transferred to Old Forester Birthday Bourbon barrels for another 10 months. Then, it rested on Cholaca Liquid Cacao, Cholaca Liquid Coconut, and large amounts of Emperor’s Coconut.
