Bonah Pils, or just "the pils", is an Italian-style pseudo pilsner (brewed as an ale, but lagered). What sets Italian-style pilsners apart from others is that they are dry-hopped with German noble hops, which impart some floral, citrus, berry and herbal aromas. Overall, this brew is light, crisp and refreshing.
