Описание

Non-filtered beer with high content of wheat malt (above 60%). This beer is brewed with the use of three-stage German technology of triple fermentation. What does it mean? During the first stage beer is fermented with top yeast, then at the second stage bottom yeast is added; after that, the beer ripens. Due to this procedure the beer gains the flavor of fruits and wheat, becomes soft, with large head.
