At Great Leap we like to name our IPAs after famous generals that influenced China throughout the years. But what happens when a general gets too powerful? What happens when the temptation of absolute power corrupts absolutely? Well, if this deep conversation was a beer, we'd be talking about our The Beer Dictator, a Quadrupel IPA and the strongest beer ever brewed at Great Leap Brewing (so far...). Heavily hopped with US Chinook hops from our friends at Hop Head Farms, and fermented with a Belgian yeast, this beer gives rise to apricot and passionfruit aromas, with a slight spicy finish.大躍一向慣於引用曾對中國產生過巨大影響力的將軍來命名我們的IPA系列。但有時候，用一個人的名字無法駕馭這樣一款酒的濃烈和強大，那種感覺就好像絕對的權利必然帶來絕對的腐敗一樣──它就是聖武IPA，一款加入大量美國奇努克啤酒花并以比利時酵母發酵的四料IPA。同時還加入了新鮮的杏和百香果調製出水果的香氣和辛辣的餘韻。聖武IPA是大躍迄今所釀製的酒精度最高的啤酒。
