A classic take on a PacNW-style IPA - a handful of caramel malt for a burnt reddish color, lots of West Coast hops - with one big addition. Blue Spruce Tips give this beer a punch of piney, spicy character and keep us in the holiday mood, even if we're releasing it in January.
