A huge ripe apricot nose sets up this medium to heavy bodied rich apricot cider. The ripe apricot nose leads itself to a ripe apricot flavour that finishes on a slightly tart note. The floral and caramel honey notes are subdued and take a back but work together to create a sweet and slightly tart balance.
