Today, we’re proud to present Origins of Fu! – a West Coast Double IPA inspired by all the double IPAs that influenced Kelsey in his homebrewing journey, and triple dry-hopped with Hop-Fu!’s original squad: Amarillo, Citra DynaBoost, Citra, Citra Cryo, Columbus Cryo, and Simcoe. Notes of mixed berry, purple grape, tropical candy, citrus zest & a touch of dank resin jump from the glass before landing into a dry, bitter finish.
